Workshop 8 - Analysis planning and reporting

The lectures and notebooks from the eighth and final workshop of our training course in data analysis for genomic surveillance of African malaria vectors have been published on the course website.

This training workshop focuses on how to plan an exploratory data analysis of genomic surveillance data and present the results. The workshop comprises four modules:

• Module 1 - Planning a genomic surveillance exploratory data analysis
• Module 2 - Presenting results of a genomic surveillance data analysis
• Module 3 - Genomic surveillance of malaria vectors in Tanzania
