Af1.1, Af1.2, Af1.3 and Af1.4 are now fully publicly released

The Af1.1, Af1.2, Af1.3, and Af1.4 datasets are now fully publicly released. One no longer needs to use pre=True to access them when using the malariagen_data API (e.g., one can use af1 = malariagen_data.Af1() instead of af1 = malariagen_data.Af1(pre=True)).
