This page describes a signal of selection found in the Uganda An. gambiae population using the H12 (Garud et al. 20XX) statistic.The focus of this signal is on chromosome arm 2R between positions 34,160,001 and 34,340,000. The evidence supporting this signal is weak (\Delta_{i} < 50 on one or both flanks).
