This page describes a signal of selection found in the Gabon An. gambiae population when compared with the Burkina Faso An. gambiae population using the XPEHH (Cite et al. 20XX) statistic.The focus of this signal is on chromosome arm 3R between positions 27,180,000 and 27,280,000. The evidence supporting this signal is weak (\Delta_{i} < 50 on one or both flanks).
